We didn't learn this in a classroom. We learned it by deploying.
Most AI consultants have never deployed an agent in production. We have.
Solve IT Consulting
AI Transformation
Lineage in the real world
Our lineage is rooted in environments where things have to work — cement factory logistics where a broken process stops the trucks, reinsurance platforms where data errors cost millions, startups where cash runs out if the product doesn't ship.
In those environments, you can't survive on slide decks. You ship systems, you measure results, and you fix what breaks. That discipline is the foundation of everything we do at Solve IT.
Why Solve IT exists
For years, I watched the same story repeat itself. Solid companies — 50, 200, 1,000 employees — that know they need to integrate AI but don't know how.
They call a Big 4. They get an 80-slide deck and a 200k invoice. Six months later, nothing has changed. The slides are sleeping in a SharePoint folder. The teams are still copy-pasting between systems.
The problem is never the technology. The technology exists, it's often open source, and it works. The problem is that nobody bridges the gap between tech and operations. Nobody sits next to the accounting team to understand why they spend 3 hours a day copy-pasting between two systems. Nobody deploys the agent, trains the team, and stays until it runs without them.
That's why Solve IT exists. We don't sell strategy. We deploy systems that run. On your servers. With your data. And when we leave, everything keeps working.
We've done this in companies where the CEO said “we tried AI and it didn't work.” It didn't work because nobody was there to make it work. We are.
Why we are anti-consultants
When companies hit friction — a scaling bottleneck, an operational crisis, a team drowning in manual work — they usually hire a firm that sends MBAs with playbooks.
The playbook produces a deck. The deck has some accurate data and some inaccurate data. It creates new friction of its own. And six months later, the ROI is still missing from the balance sheet.
We built Solve IT to fix the execution gap.
We don't sell hours. We don't sell deliverables. We sell intervention — open-source AI systems deployed on your infrastructure, with your data, trained with your teams. If you fire us, everything keeps running.
Built in the field
Startups & Scale-ups
We come from environments where you ship or you die. No runway for theater. Every system we deploy has to work from day one because there's no budget for a second attempt.
Enterprise Operations
We've worked inside large organizations — logistics, manufacturing, insurance — and seen the inefficiency firsthand. Entire departments spending 60–70% of their time on tasks a well-deployed agent handles in seconds.
Operator Discipline
We've delivered for clients across industries where the only metric that matters is: does it run? We measure in hours recovered, errors eliminated, and processes that no longer need a human in the loop.
No theater.
We deploy War Maps. We audit where time is lost and force the hard conversations polite consultants avoid.
3 to 5 concurrent clients.
You work directly with the founder — no handoffs, no junior associates, no rotating teams. When you hire us, you get us.
We fix our own messes first.
We are builders who have shipped our own products and fixed our own failures before we fixed anyone else's. We know what breaks because we've broken it ourselves.
The Founder
Matias Bonvin
Founder
Background: Engineering & Heavy Industry · Mandate: AI Deployment & Operational Transformation
Trained as an engineer at Arts et Métiers (Paris & Bordeaux) — mechanical engineering, energy systems, industrialization. Started in the physical world: high-pressure hydrogen tanks, autonomous drones, humanoid robotics. Then moved into product, operations, and industrial automation.
At Lafarge, automated the internal logistics processes of cement factory shipping stations — the kind of environment where systems either run or the trucks stop. Later, led product for a reinsurance platform where data complexity and operational precision are non-negotiable. 12+ years across heavy industry, financial systems, startups, and enterprise operations.
That operator background is why Solve IT exists. Not a consultant who read about AI in a report — an engineer and product builder who has automated real processes in real factories. Knows both sides of the table: the technical architecture and the operational reality. Four languages (Spanish, English, French, Portuguese) and experience across Latin America and Europe.
Every engagement at Solve IT gets direct access to Matias. No layers, no delegation. The person who diagnoses the problem is the same person who deploys the solution.
What we believe
Diagnosis is paid. If someone offers you 90 free minutes of consultation, it's because the product is you. Our War Map is a deliverable with real value — you pay for intelligence, not a pitch.
Open source, always. No vendor lock-in. Your agents run on your infrastructure. If you fire us, everything continues. It's your competitive advantage, not ours.
On-site, not remote. We come to you. We observe your teams. We understand the friction that Zoom never shows. Transformation happens with your people, not in a deck sent by email.
The human is the platform. AI doesn't replace anyone. It augments everyone. Your employees become AI operators — faster, more precise, with fewer repetitive tasks.
Strictly confidential. Ruthlessly efficient.
If you run a 50 to 1,500 employee company and want to know whether AI can make a real difference in your operations, we can talk.
