Every engagement starts with a paid, time-bounded diagnostic sprint. In 45 days, you get a War Map: a concrete roadmap with the top 3 to 5 priority levers, projected ROI, and a clear go / no-go decision.

Open source, on your servers, with your data. Your team learns to use the systems in real time — integrated training, no 200-page manuals. If you fire us tomorrow, everything keeps running.

Phase 2: War Map Oversight — 12 Months

AI agents improve with use. We monitor results, adjust workflows, and unlock new use cases every quarter. Most clients continue with Oversight because the competitive advantage compounds every month.

After the War Map sprint, three paths:

  • War Map Oversight (recommended) — 12-month retainer. Continuous improvement, new use cases, quarterly reviews.
  • Self-execution — your team runs the AI agents internally. Works when you have the technical talent in-house.
  • Interim strategic oversight — we stay embedded part-time to guide your team through the first year of operational AI.
